Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force. Stamp is the son of Marilyn and Ian Stamp of Shelby. He is a 2009 graduate of Shelby High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Carolina University, Cullowhee, in 2012.
